The combination of the accelerating degradation of the world's biosphere and human local conviviality quality
and of the growing incapacity of the conventional governance model to implement solutions
leaves only one central option to save our world: launching thousands of local-regional citizens proactive and well-structured transition interventions.
Create a Regional or Local SocietalSystem Workgroup
SocietalSystem Workgroups consist of people who openly commit themselves
to a number of concrete systemic transition initiatives, with the publication of periodical updates,
including the elaboration of the collaborative SocietalSystem-DataBank of their street, agro-forestry land, village, neighborhood, town, region and country,
organize permanently Societal Dynamization Programs, with Crowd-Research, including parcel-per-parcel panergetic evaluation surveys,
Governance Deliberations, and Planning of Socio-economy Solutions,
and who construct a Holding of Regional Networks of Local Socio-economy and Cultural complementary Micro-entities,
all based on the same StS-Model, but locally adapted and diversified and
of which the original documents are elaborated and stored on local or regional devices.
